Oysters Co only serves premium straight from the farm, east and west coast oysters such as Kumamoto, Fanny bay, Dabob Bay, Blue Point, and White Stones. Custom oyster varieties are available upon request.
We offer two looks for our Oyster Connoisseur to fit any occasion, “Business Casual” and “Formal”. Custom outfits available upon request.
Mobile Oyster Connoisseur Service
Oyster shuckers will move around the event opening oysters and describing the art of eating them. The oyster connoisseur will describe the taste profiles of each oyster and location of the farm.
Nautical Oyster Bar Display
An oyster display for your guests to gather around and learn about different taste profiles and harvesting methods. Or to simply eat enjoy an oyster! Served with custom made oyster condiments, Champagne Mignonette, Pineapple Mignonette, Red wine Mignonette, Smoked Chipotle Pepper Hot Sauce, and Fresh Shaved Horseradish.
Grilled Oysters
Choose from Chipotle Bourbon, Hawaiian jerk with Pineapple and red pepper marmalade, Roasted Garlic and lemon, Elote crusted, and Chorizo Cranberry. Grilled on a large show charcoal or stainless-steel grill. We can present the oysters on platters or setup as an action station grilling the oysters in front of your guests.
Shrimp Cocktail Towers
Jumbo shrimp boiled in a classic seafood broth and served on a bed of shaved ice.
Grilled Oyster Kit Delivery
Enjoy our Grilled Oyster Kits delivered. These cold water oysters are fresh, Connecticut Blue Points. They are medium-sized oysters that are mild, pleasantly salty and very meaty. Perfect for a dinner party appetizer or as a main course option.
