The idea of Oysters Co started with Executive Chef Christopher Murphy’s passion for oysters and seafood. He wanted to share his passion by bringing this mobile, innovative culinary experience to life and make it accessible for any event.
Christopher is a Florida native, but he and his wife now call Atlanta home. He has 18 years of experience in upscale restaurants, and uses this experience when creating custom menus for clients.
Oysters Co offers a wide verity of custom made menus. We’ve created anything from Luaus to 5 course wine dinners. Incorporating The Oyster Connoisseurs and Assorted grilled oysters into our menus creates an entertaining and interactive experience for any event.
