Our Oyster Connoisseurs mingle with the crowd all while shucking ultra-fresh oysters and explaining the art of eating them. We also offer a Grilled Oyster station on our large charcoal show grill. Having these unique amenities, along with our full menu options, creates that interactive element that will enhance any event.
Our Nautical Oyster Bar is not only eye catching and entertaining for your guests to enjoy, but also a place for guests to gather around and learn more about the art of eating oysters; making it the perfect addition to any event.
Event Uniforms
“Business Casual” wears denim jeans, white dress shirt with rolled up sleeves, brown shoes, and classic bib style oyster apron.
“Formal” wears black pants, white or black dress shirt, black shoes, and bib style oyster apron.
Each Oyster Connoisseur has an oyster shucking towel that’s blue and white. The client has the option to choose the color that caters to their event.
